Scheduling Progressed Tasks - estimated progress? I schedule my primavera schedule once a week and would have assumed that tasks that are 'in progress' would show actual progress for the preceeding week. However, what happens is that the duration is extended by one week, i.e. the tool assumes no progress was made on the task. I have read the manual cover to cover and played around with various settings including 'apply actuals', 'update progress' and 'auto compute actuals' but none have the desired effect so I have to manually put the finish date back one week for around 100 tasks. Not fun. I really hope someone will have encountered this before and put me out of my misery Laura |
