One way is to use a .PDF printer driver. You can then print your schedule/report to the printer and the driver saves it as a .PDF file.

You can try:

RE: save p3 layout in pdf format

PKmb,

I'm now the master of printing in pdf format, because the Metafile Viewer (*.wmf) that comes with a P3 package screws over the printer, and sometimes the company logo is printed inverted or upside down, if it even prints.

The only way around this is to print with a pdf system printer. Once I have the pdf file, I must use Adobe to print.

That metafile viewer is absolutely useless!!!
