I see managing a process as more of following technical procedures in implementing new workflow, equipment, or other needs. ![]() Perhaps managing change is more centered around people issues ![]() ![]() You can definitely often have both challenges on a project and to be making changes happen are among the most difficult aspects, as think of how difficult it is for you to make changes yourself ![]() |
