Library of artifacts and communication website Assume there is a major project with about 100 professional and some 50 managers all working on several different but closely related tasks. Assume this is an IT project developing new software. Tasks start with project definition - goal, schedule, costs, tools, person power, etc., followed by project initiation and subsequent execution, testing and delivery. Vital to success are a library of artifacts, generated as the project proceeds, that later become part of corporate history, and a website that notifies of changes and gives the current project status and schedule, plus at least references to artifacts, all access-controlled by role groups.
