Human Interaction Management in Project Management. Short Survey!

Hello,
We are two students from the university of Utrecht (The Netherlands), and we are working on a paper about applying Human Intearction Management in Project Management activities. And most specifically in Software Project Management.
We are in the phase of validating the model we have created, and therefore we are conducting a short survey to find out wether we should reconsider our model or wether it can have satisfying results.
