There are many management applications to plan your week, but https://www.zentao.pm/ zentao really stands out. It has great features and incredible User interface. zentao is very easy to understand and to use. The dashboard is very clean and easily useable. There are very high quality features such us assigning tasks to team, with due dates, with priority levels.

I use Proggio.com at work
It is very friendly. They also have quick real people support that answered all my questions which is nice because in many places they use bots for that

RPA tools in Project Management

Time has moved on a bit and it is interesting to see which of the tools suggested here have stood the test of time, and which have surrendered

More recently I've been focused on using RPA in the PMO space. It is good for mashing systems together and handling the types of repetitive processes that PMO Analysts end up getting dragged into.

There are some good PMO use cases here: https://www.hotpmo.com/blog/robotic-process-automation-rpa/
