Nice post.

I've been through the listed situations more than I'd like. In addition to not listen, I face stakeholders that don't take responsibility on the project. In another words, they have that particular project or activities in their performance agreement and instead of doing things they remain complaining about the project or offering resistence on the conclusion of the work.

Any ideas on how to deal with this kind of stakeholders?

Raf
