How TAPS Works
A custom report is created in Primavera and printed out at the beginning of each shift.
Plant personnel update the report with the percent complete of activities in the Primavera P6 schedule.
Percent complete information is scanned into TAPS using a bar code scanner.
Activity percent completes in TAPS can easily be used to update the Primavera P6 schedule.
The planner or scheduler can analyze the progress of the schedule plan before reporting back to management.
