![]() Our objective is to describe not only the "what" but also the "how" projects are managed across the organization to reduce variation in terms of time, cost and quality across the organization and to enable effective sharing of project-data (e.g. lessons learned, common risks etc.). Our deliverables are for the first release: - Library structure and support environment - Criteria for including items in the library - Procedures for storing, updating and retrieving items - Knowledge Area #1Project Communications Management - Tailoring criteria and guidelines #1 - Knowledge Area or a Process Group #2 (TBD) - Tailoring criteria and guidelines #2 - Organization’s project asset portfolio Unfortunately the information I find on the net is highly abstract. Could anyone recommend concrete and feasible guidelines and/or best practices to implement such library? I am grateful for every feedback. Best, Farbod |
