Is Work atmosphere a key to attracting new talents? |

As per my experience .There should be a friendly environment in the company.Boss of the company should be open with all.Performance should be measured at the monthly basis by the MD,and daily work should be checked by the supervisor etc.There should be sports activities in the company.you must have encourage the employee of the company in the positive manner.Like we should appreciate them with the little little progress. Like "keep it up guys","good job " etc.These are the key points. |

Work atmosphere is no doubt a key to get good talent but to get a new talent is not the only thing a company should want. If a company gets good talent with its good working atmosphere then it should maintain the atmosphere and there should be rules and regulation for everyone working in company and a clear declaration of everyone's rank in a company is a good way to maintain the talent for long time in your company. Also good salaries and other value added services for all your employees make you better. |
