PDU Worthy Discussion Mark

Contracting opportunities, Just what must a person do to in a country where the balance of a previous unfair regime of which i was no part is now being corrected, and affords the minority no opportunities for contracting if you are of a certain race and age ?

The sad part of all of this is that i have a wondeful base of 26 years of experience to offer throughout all sectors in the IT industry and i find it difficult to find permanent employment.

What is your feelings ans suggestions regarding this dilema !
Mark

Discrimination exists just about everywhere there are people and it is ugly in every case.

If you can't fight/change it, I'd suggest looking at options for expatriating where opportunities exist.
