Need some help with an Interview

Ok, I being IT for quite a while and I have done small project for our company, With 20+ year in the industry, I need to setup a presentation to COO so I can get promote to IT Manager of the NOC.. I being taks to make a small presentation... I guess he ask for it because he knows that I am not PMP...

That is not my field, But he is the Boss... So I wonder if any one can toss me a line... so I can get some input...
