Hiring: Project Manager - IT Infrastructure - Bothell, WA

Volt's client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager to assist in various projects related to technology and service transitions. This is a large scale infrastructure project. This individual will apply a formalized project management discipline to all aspects of the project. This individual will organize the project from current state through closure. They will develop project deliverables and manage to those deliverables. This individual will conduct project meetings to ensure responsibilities and goals are clear. They will manage and track resources and schedules, including site visits. This individual will be accountable for tracking project results and assuring project deliverables are provided on time. They will keep the status communications on progress, issues, and cost, measuring expected versus actuals.

Project Manager Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects

* Skilled in technology projects

* Ability to self direct on priorities, tasks, and planning

* Demonstrated ability to work without supervision while achieving required goals

* Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment

* Demonstrated ability to "see the big picture" as well as being detail oriented

* 3 years direct work experience in an IT Project Management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution

* Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Flexible during times of change

* Proven experience in change management

* Willingness to work occasional overtime and/or flexible schedule to accommodate project activities

* Bachelor’s degree or higher

* PMP certification a plus

* Manufacturing background/experience highly preferred
