These alloys are highly engineered to offer a superior combination of heat resistance, high-temperature corrosion resistance, toughness and strength and are used in the world's most technically demanding industries and applications.
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Supervise Maintenance, repair and modifications of equipment
JOB ENVIRONMENT:
Record incoming work, assign priorities according to production requirements and manpower availability. Insures that parts and tools are on hand, maintain log of work completed, overtime records, review time sheets for accuracy. Supervise and train repairers and utility persons assigned to Maintenance. Enforce safety and productivity standards. Keep morale high and maintain a cooperative interactive relationship with subordinates.
Solid Maintenance or reliability experience required. Specific course work that is highly desirable – Maintenance Planning, Reliability Centered Maintenance, A CMMS training certificate.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Responsible and accountable for communicating company goals/objectives/priorities to all personnel (salary and hourly) as required.
2. Responsible and accountable for training and development of personnel.
3. Responsible and accountable for communicating and enforcing company rules and regulations.
4. Responsible for continuing involvement in safety effort, safety contacts and prompt accident investigations.
5. Responsible for interdepartmental cooperation.
6. Assign work to Maintenance people.
7. Troubleshoot to determine cause of problem and required repairs.
8. Enforce company safety and productivity rules and programs.
9. Review jobs to determine labor, equipment and materials required.
10. Order parts, materials and tools.
11. Determine priorities based on manufacturing requirements.
12. Train personnel.
13. Review time sheet for accuracy.
14. Keep up morale and cooperation in the department.
15. Promote good housekeeping and a safe environment
Candidate Details
2+ to 5 years experience
Management Experience Required - No
Minimum Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent
