Time tracking/projects: Is there one system that does it all?

Our growing non profit organization is seeking a solution to track open projects and allocate resources (e.g. staff time, travel, expenses). What system have other organizations found most effective, easy-to-use, and cost-effective?

We are looking for a system that will solve the following four needs:
 1. Project management: Track single projects and aggregate multiple projects per person and collectively for the organization. Includes: Time estimates, actual time spent, resource constraints (for user or organizational), project travel and PTO blackout dates
 2. PTO: Can provide an organizational overview of PTO and availability linked to (MS Outlook/Google iCal)
 3. Staffing: Based on open and future projects/time constraints, highlight areas where an organization needs to allocate more staff
 4. Total Organizational Reporting- In relation to employee timesheets, how can we track total employee time spent to view organizational constraints/expenditure beyond specific projects

Key parameters of program
 • Cost: Must be cost effective to a non-profit organization
 • Functionality: Ideally contains all 4 categories of system needs
 • Usability:Must be very user friendly, not time intensive to input information

Do you know of a product that does all this? Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
Brian

Replicon

Replicon is one such solution that matches all your requirement mentioned above. And more over it has an open API that integrates all other tools which make it stand ahead in the industry.

I personally use Time Doctor for time tracking, which gives me an accurate data where time is spent and how much of that time is productive/unproductive.

You can also check this list of time tracking software you can test in order to see which tool works best for you.

Hey Brian.

The one great application that I would suggest is Replicon time management software which is very easy and can be quickly implemented. It can be easily set up in any office environment and is very much cost effective. It can be also accessed from any location using a web browser.

Again, it can be used as an integrated tool with QuickBooks etc and has got great functionality too.
