Free electronic signature software for project documentation

Our requirement was the following:
The requirement that we have is the following:
1) Digital signature with PKI technology.
2) No dependencies to external server or online solutions.
3) Free or small cost.
4) Contains the technical elements of a complaint system such as FDA 21 CFR Part 1).
5) It should be possible to change to another solution or cancel license agreement without compromising old documentation. Avoiding one way street.
6) Extremely low IT infrastructure maintenance and cost.
7) Sign any type of file. Also none printable. (Audio, Video, Production material, etc)
8) Simple to use and install. (Important).
9) Full internal control, we do not want to send request to external companies to get a digital signature for new employees.
10) Optionally: Signature work-flow oriented.(auto email notification, etc) with visible audit trace during approval process.

We have evaluated many solutions as VeriSign and Silanis total 3 year cost is $558,405 and docusign and ecosign and other free solutions such as PGP, easy signature and ejbca.

The best free digital signature software was easy signature from easysoft www.easysoft.nu

A Good Suggestion

I checked other. I've experimented with a lot of the listed ones when my company was researching which we to go.

We settled on Workgroups from MetaCommunications. It has a feature set that we couldn't find in others as far as workflow, proof approvals, time management, scheduling, etc. and it was very customizable. Our IT manager had a system customized for our process in no time. Worth a look if you're looking for other options.

I use ProofHub (www.proofhub.com), its a web based project management software. Its USP is the collaboration tool. It has got some amazing features like proofing tool, casper mode, to-do list, milestones, timesheet, in-built chat and many more. It has relieved me from managing the long threads of emails and chats. It helps in collaborating and communicating with people associated with the project, managing files, assigning tasks and keeping track of the status of each task.

Hi,

I am a freelancer and I handle multiple projects related to web development. For this I have used some web based project managament softwares like basecamp, zoho, asana, etc as they have similar features. Currently I am using proofhub and in my view it is relatively more user friendly and lighter on my pocket.

HI Chris,

I have lately been hearing a lot about proofhub. My team has just signed up for their free trial few days back.
Can you help us by sharing your personal experience, as to how the tool helps you and your team ?
