Hi,
I've been consulting for the past 30 years in accomplishing new and expanding health facility completions,startups and relocations.We've developed a highly detailed set of tasks/subtasks/activities as well as proven examples and approach documents that may be used for guidance in the completion of the noted tasks.
The documented materials are a reflection of the best practices of over 75 projects and are in various Microsoft software formats and are currently delivered to the client in hardcopy as well as digital formats.
I am in need of a software program that allows task scheduling ,task tracking ,and the digital linking of the "how-to" resource materials with each task for guidance of task and team assignees in accessing the best practice tools/techniques/methods/forms/systems/background reading etc.A free form /key word file would also be beneficial.I would prefer a client based LAN without individual licenses for the team members.Your thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks......Jim Verhey,Reno Nevada

You can try RationalPlan

It will do task scheduling ,task tracking, etc. Anyway if there are missing features just contact their support team and maybe they will implement them.
