Outlook Sync issue

We have recently installed MS Project Server. Implementation has been moving along great but we are having a problem with at least one machine.

We installed the Project sync function for Outlook. Whenever you click "Import New Assignments" in Outlook you get nothing. This is not consistent. I have other users that have had no issues.

There were issues installing. We ended up having to uncheck the add-in within the COM, shutting down, opening, rechecking the add-in, shutting down, and it installed when Outlook was reopened. Buttons are there but are not working.

Any ideas?
