Master project & Respurce allocation in MS Project 2013

Hi All,

I'm looking for the MS Project 2013 expert who can tell me how to link multiple projects (50 or more projects) to show the resource allocation (over allocation). E.g. if John is assigned to Plan A task 1 on 3/1 and Plan B task 1 on 3/1, will it give me the warning that he is oveallocated? Ultimately, I need to create calendar view with all the resources listed and tasks they are assigned to on one side and dates & total hours (per weekday) on the other side. I can see this information in the Resource view but when I export it to Excel the info doesn't get imported in the same format. I need like a snapshot, spreadsheet to show where everyone is & what exactly they are doing.
Please help! I'm stuck
