Default Help - Make Project Plan Predictive?

Would some one please help..? I need these answers for an interview I am scheduled for in 2 days...

1. How does one make a project work plan predictive, predictable and flexible?

2. Specifically, non-philosophically and non-metaphysically, how do we use MS Project (03 or 07) to create a task list/WBS that is predictive, predictable and flexible?

3. How can one use MS Project (03 or 07) to create a risk matrix and trace the risks back to the tasks/WBS?

Thanks.

Emes

lol... That should go without saying in a job interview setting. If a participant can't be serious there, it doesn't bode well for the job.

Sorry, but I draw the line at helping people with "homework".

Thanks for your time and the reply John. You are absolutely correct about being serious on the job, but the only answers I was able to elicit from people on the question of making a project predictive and flexible were all "philosophical" rather than real and down to earth.
