Default converting MS project Schedule to P3
is there any easy way to do this or should the schedule just be redone in P3?

I think this is more in line with what you are looking for: CONVERTING TO AND FROM PRIMAVERA SURETRAK AND P3 TO MICROSOFT PROJECT MPX & MPP FORMAT (.PDF file)
