Suretrak Project 3.0 user issues

Hi, I am new to Suretrak but thought I would give it a try for educational purposes. We installed it on several PCs using admin accounts but when users try to launch it it comes up with a warning that the serial number is unable to be found. I entered the key on the disk package and it launches when an admin is logged in but not user. I would appreciate some input here. I do not want to grant everyone using it admin rights to the machine. Thanks.
