Revised Base Line Schedule

Hi All,

I am a civil Engineer and now use Primavera (P5) software in deep for Project Management. But I learnt through self studies. I want to share your valuable knowledge.

I want to know about base line schedule. I have made already a cost loaded base line schedule. After I update it I want to revise the Base Line Schedule.
Please tell me anyone whether I want to reschedule the updated schedule (with actual) or update the maintained base line schedule according to the Schedule Management.
