Has anybody ever encountered this case?: everytime I do a weekly progress update in P3 and then export the resource loading into excel a negative values always occur. I’ve checked the P3 file and it seems that it’s been automatically updating the actual this period quantities with negative values even though the task hasn’t progressed yet. I’ve done a check on the task constraint and automatic cost/resource calculation rules, no constraint and there was no check on the link to duration & sched. %, freeze resource units per time perion, which I think should fine.. any advise would be much appreciated...
