Default Problem opening project in Suretrak 3.0b

Hi all, I'm having a issue with some of our users and Suretrak 3.0b

heres the situation. A Project Manager created a schedule and saved this schedule to the server.

Now another PM is trying to open the project but when they browse to the folder, select it, and try and open the project it doesn't show it in the open project window, i've tried the obvious, selecting project groups etc. but he cannot see the project.

So to test it out I went to another PM's computer and she was able to browse out and open it and it showed the project. She was able to go in and make edits and such. So now i'm kinda stuck it doens't make sense. the users are all able to see the files, so there is no issue with folder sharing etc. this is narrowed down to suretrak.

The user trying to open the project was on 3.0a. But even upgrading to 3.0b didn't fix the issue.

any suggestions?

I don't have experience with Suretrack, but it seems to me that this might be a server/permissions issue. Does the PM who can't open the project have read/write permissions to the server folder where the project is stored? Have you tried copying the project from the server to the PM's local computer to be sure it's a Suretrack issue?
