Default Dunning Letters - Non Compliance

Dunning letters that are sent out when an "open" submittal is 21 days past due. How do I revise the letter to include submittals that were submitted as "for information only" and 21 days past due? The "for information" still has to be returned us as an acknowledgement and close out in Primavera/Contract Manager. Hope this makes sense!!!
