| I was wondering if someone could tell me what the typical process of an IT deployment is? For example, doing a roll-out of the next Microsoft Office suite. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

| Hi Benjamin, A typical IT Project Management process is a simple to follow chain: Requirements -> Impact and Effort Assessment -> Solution Design(s) -> Planning -> Implementation -> Testing -> Roll-out -> Transition -> After care I strongly recommend you checking out the Price2 process, which would give you sufficient and detailed information. If you need more details please contact us at www.simpligrity.com and we will assign someone to assist you. Regards, Martin |
