We are working with a construction company which handle multiple projects at different locations at the same time. Now the problem is related to the availability and booking of employees who work on projects. The company finds difficulty in managing them as requirements change frequently. So my question is can someone provide me a solution for the issue i.e a software tool or a web based program so that it becomes easy to track resources.

•Add all your resources as employees in Employee App.
•Create a project and add your employees under team.

By the way, you will be able to track all your resources; who are all working in which project. Since, Apptivo is cloud based business applications no need to install, all your data in web. You can access from anywhere & anytime. Still Apptivo has lot more useful apps which you may really interested such as Timesheet and Invoice.

Thanks for the reply. I visited the website and found that its a good application and it will fulfill my requirements but i want a client-server application because i think web is not safe for transferring company's data & information.

You can filter resources according to locations, job profile, managers, etc. and view their bookings and other details. You can also re-assign the bookings to idle resources.
