| In projects politics is likely inevetable, it can be internal or external. can anybody share their insights on how their projects manage the politics or how they had dealt with it? |

| Excellent question. It goes to the heart of the 'Have you ever been asked to fudge a progress report for a project?' poll I posted some time back. I think the response is clear for a consultant who values their reputation/integrity - they do what they know is right even if it offends politically. It may be more of a dilema for employees who are looking to safeguard a pension or climb the corporate ladder.
