| Is there a difference between managing change and managing a process? Is one a sub set of the other or is it another type of relationship altogether? |

| I see managing a process as more of following technical procedures in implementing new workflow, equipment, or other needs. Perhaps managing change is more centered around people issues You can definitely often have both challenges on a project and to be making changes happen are among the most difficult aspects, as think of how difficult it is for you to make changes yourself |

| Management must have created a constantly changing environment that allows for innovation to happen. At the helm of this reinvention and change are the managers--who must have the set of skills necessary to deal with any change that management pushes forth, whether it be a new vertical in the business, a new product, or a tweaking in the services the company offers. Welcoming change: Are your people ready?
