| To me getting involve in an office romance can be good or bad. Good: in a sense that you get to know more people inside the company (esp. important ones) if you are involved with the right person. However, it usually end up Bad depending on the situation (case to case basis). As to how you manage it, I believe that will depend on your company policies. |

| As a manager, it is better to prepare for the worst possible scenarios that could start when workplace romance ends.
