Post How Measure progress when Scope Changes

Dear Experts,

My project Value is Rs. 100 as on date i have completed 20% of the Project.

Now my client has added some qty say value of Rs. 20 to my present project then what will happen to progress % whether it will be 20% or 16.67%.
