Exclamation Calling for Help - International Project Management

Hello,

I am student studying project management and I have to interview someone who has worked on international projects with teams comprised of people from more than one country. The issue is that I don't know know anyone so I am hoping someone can help me here. These are the areas I would like to find out:

1) Did you encounter any cultural issues? If so, what caused them and how you dealt with them?

2) What do you think should be the drivers and barriers to create a high performance team?

3) Did the cultural difference make the creation of a high performance team more or less difficult? Why?

A million thanks to any project managers that can help me out. Hopefully someday I will be one of you and contribute to the PM communities and help someone like me right now.

Winnie
