Proper staff scheduling is one of the most important things you can do to keep projects on track. If you can assign the right tasks to the right people, then the job is half done.

We use a program called Easy Projects to set up a proper resource schedule. The cool thing here is that you can split larger tasks into smaller subtasks, each with their own assigned staff. If anything changes, you can always edit it on the fly.
