Post Project Scheduling Rules, a free ebook for improving your schedules

This free 45-page eBook is a collection of 19 essential rules, based on PMI and DoD standards and codes, which I find very important and useful. I tried to explain the reason behind each one and the way you can apply them in your schedules.

Need of Assistance

Hello,

I just got a job on planning a three storey-buiilding. I am more mechanical inclined and have little idea on civil. Please i'll appreciate if i can gt a template or example for a complete scheduled tasks and relative dependencies on the construction of a three storey building.
