Trade Service Submittal Manager?

Does anyone have any experience using Trade Service's Submittal Manager?

I'm being asked to research this software to see if it will be a good fit for our structure, byt I'm weary that it will actually reduce submittal orginization time by 50%-75%.

Any knowledge to share? Thanks!
