| Hi zeinab, it wasn't clear from your post - what do you mean by a "a towers time schedule"? What kind of tower? What are you doing to the tower? new construction? maintenance?

| Sorry, that's not my field (AEC) either. Planning is a process though. You should be asking lots of questions about what needs to be done and then thinking through the process to put it into the best/optimal sequence according to whatever priorities have been established for the project.

| Hello Zeineb Having a good template makes you only a good presentor of schedule, it is not what planning is all about. What I can suggest you is to ask the key people who are involve in the project. Start by getting a right model from your project, understand what is required, and come up with the appropriate steps/task to build your programme. By doing this, your schedule will be more credible to other people. HTH Christian |

| I did not see any schedule templates for skyscrapers, but I found a few for construction projects. Perhaps you can get some ideas from these. As mentioned in the previous post, a template (or even a detailed schedule from a similar project in the past) should just be a starting point. The templates or previous schedules can help, but because each project is unique, detailed planning should take place with the project team and various stakeholders. Here is the link to the MS Project schedule templates: http://www.pmconnection.com/modules....iewlink&cid=15 |
