Post Test-coordinator

Hi, Im a consultant and Im a project manager. I have no experience with project management from earlier, but I know leadership through my master degree.

Anyway, Im going to work as test coordinator for a big and demanding customer, and I have been told that things has not been good and the customer is not satisfied with the way the test of aproduced application is scheduled and preformed. Therefore, Im planning to have a meeting with the customer to get a feeling about what is demanded and their frustration. I will also have a meeting with the team ( they all are seniors) who are responsbile to test the application. Could anyone give me any feedback about what I should do sp the customer can be satisfied and I can do a good job as coordinator?

It is not easy to talk to an unsatified client, you would really need to exert more effort than just trying to get back your clien't confidence. You would have to talk to the right key people (not only those who are solely responsible) that drives your project in order to improve your project's performance and quality. And you might need luck as well
