Resource Planning ...

Hi All,

I want to give my management a view of how the resources are getting utilised across projects.

How can i do it in best possible way ?

but if you find difficulty using MS Project, there are other alternatives such as Adept Tracker

An ERP system is a business support system that maintains in a single database the data needed for a variety of business functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Financials, Projects, Human Resources and Customer Relationship Management.I have no experiance in this field.

A good place to start is Microsoft Project. It is probably the simplest solutions that you are going to find. If Microsoft Project is quite doing the job for you then there are assortments of other software out there that can perform the same duties: Adept Tracker, Primavera, etc. The key is just to find one that you are comfortable with, really learn how to operate it, and then utilize it.

MS Project is really an easy path to make any project in initial stage & it has easy & interesting applications which gives accurate results.
