Default Qualities : A Project Manager Should Have

Hi,

A project manager should be able to manage his time in a manner that it is involved in more productive work. Project manager should allocate his time according to significance of work. A less productive work should be given less time. For example, resource scheduling is a less productive work and an intelligent manager will not dedicate much of time to schedule resources also keeping in mind he has to make an effective schedule without any resource conflict.

So, what is the solution to it?? A good resource planning software which will not only reduce the time involved in scheduling resources but also you can be rest assured of any resource conflicts / overloading.
So by using these software’s a project manager can devote most of his time in working for something productive rather than vaguely scheduling resources.
