Default Project Planning & activity based costing

Hi,

I am currently compiling a case study for financial institutions.

I was wondering if there is any good article on the following:
1) project planning [in general]
2) activity based costing [in general].

cheers,
Rahul

I'd be interested in seeing your report if you are able to release/publish it. I don't know of (or remember at least) any good articles on those subjects.

Hi Rahul,

I highly recommend you read the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This document discusses project planning in general including activity based costing.

This document is published by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Their website is at www.pmi.org

This document has helped me a lot in understanding project management. Hope this helps.

Jorge
