| Hello, I’m trying to put together a PRINCE2 ‘Management’ PBS, it’s fairly well defined and until now I’ve not had any real difficulty. I’ve pigeon-holed most of the sub-products under the PRINCE recommended headings: Plans Business Case Reports Controls Quality The problem I’m having is allocating the meeting sub-products, (Kick-Off, Supplier, Sub-Contractor etc) has anybody any suggestions where I can stick ‘em... apart from the obvious of course. Unfortunately they are requirements so I have to include them somewhere. |
