LSTK / EPC contract

plz plz can anyone tell me a brief overview of entire EPC process.or can tell me the source where i can get this data..in other way how EPC companies viz L & T, Thermax etc execute the whole project..only a brief overview will suffice..plz as its needed in for my course curricullum..
