Question Deliverable vs Activity

Dear all!
I am confused about these two terms. Would any body make these clear for me? I will really appreciate your help.

Deliverable vs Activity

Hey,

Deliverable is normally a expected result of any activity such as project charter, WBS, etc.

Activity is a effort or task execute to achieve any specific deliverable or result. For instance interviewing candidate will be activity to acquire project team.
