Default Estimating With Use Case Points

The Methods & Tools newsletter has just released in its html archive section "Estimating With Use Case Points" by Mike Cohn. This article describes the process to measure the size of an application modeled with UML, using use case points.

The link did not work for me. Hopefully their server is just down temporarily. Can you give a brief synopsis?

Default Synopsis

The link seems OK now. The article is difficult to summarize. It is a step by step process on how to calculate use case points, with an approach similar to function points I would say.
