| I am new to this forum and my first question is: I am looking for a good template in MS excel to help me with making estimates. I am working in the ICT sector (we are making software for the railways) and try to manage small and sometimes large IT projects. A good template (best practice example) could be very usefull. I was just thinking of making one myself untill I encountered this forum. Maybe this forum can help my before I start making one by myself. Thanks in advance.

wikke41, have you looked in the templates forum? PM4HIRE has posted a bunch of Excel templates in there.
