List PM related organizations and certifications

Here is a list of organizations that I know of and the certifications that they offer:

• Project Management Institute (PMI) - PMP (Project Management Professional) : Largely recognized in the USA but also respected worldwide
• Association of Project Management (APM) - 5 certifications : Largely recognized in the UK (and Europe?)

  2. APMP
  3. Practitioner Qualification
  4. Certified Project Manager
  5. APM Project Risk Management Certificate
• International Project Management Association - IPMA 4 Level Certification
• Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACE International) - Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP)
• Planning Engineers Organization (PEO) - not really certifications per se, but membership levels have professional requirements

This is the largest recognized in Australia and NewZealand. They conduct RegPM Certification.
