Detail Job Description:

Job Function: Planning Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia
Key Skills: Review methods relating to program sequence.
Industry: Petrochemicals
Qualification: B Engineering from a relevant discipline
Requirement: * Minimum 10 years experience in Petrochemical, Fertilizers,
Or Refineries.
* Strong working knowledge of Primavera Project Planning (P3)
• Must have working knowledge of International Codes and Standards specific to the discipline
• Must be fluent in English & Mandarin
* Leadership, Communication and Analytical skills are
essential

Job Details:

- Responsible for project planning in project planners especially to work out time schedule of construction works in all discipline of petrochemical plant
- Responsible for time schedule update & progress monitoring of projects
- Generating weekly & monthly progress reports generation of various discipline for Client & management review
- Job allocation to all Discipline Engineers and follow up for daily job progress
- Support cost control by Optimization of Resources utilization.
- Set up planning for projects; coding structure, work breakdown structure (wbs), presentation formats & reporting formats.
- Advise on planning strategy and prepare detailed plans and schedules various disciplines
- Prepare detailed manpower plans for planning & scheduling activities.
- Supervise schedule analysis and study of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities.
- Recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision.
- Review methods relating to program sequence.
